Do you offer a free trial?
We do! All plans include a Free Trial when you start! If you want the best deal, select an annual plan and get 2 months for free!
What are usage credits?
So that we can keep costs as low as possible based on your current size, and then grow in usage as we grow your practice, we charge a nominal fee for each text or email sent. $10 gives you over 1,200 text messages.
Do you charge a setup fee?
We do not! We've gone to great lengths to provide a seamless onboard experience for all plan levels, regardless of being in your free trial or paid plan. Upon sign-up and activation of your trial you'll be prompted to schedule your onboarding call with our team, a 45-min Zoom call to make sure you maximize your trial and plan!
Do you charge per user?
No! All plan levels allow for unlimited users and access! Admins can even grant restricted access to hourly employees or summer interns! For those franchises on our platform, owners and corporate share access with their respective accounts providing greater collaboration and consistency.
Does Barry have native mobile apps?
Not at this time though this is something we're exploring! Our platform is accessible via any web browser (though we recommend using a laptop or tablet). You can access the login page by clicking the "Login" button at the top of our home page or by visiting https://app.usebarry.com
Is this tool HIPAA compliant?
While marketing technology is not technically required to abide by HIPAA compliance regulations since the information collected from a marketing standpoint is classified only as PII (Personally Identifiable Information) rather than PHI (Protected Health Information) we go above and beyond to add HIPAA compliant practices to the platform, allowing our clients to store patient records, health information, and utilize our Invoice via SMS all within the Barry platform!
Is there a free version of Barry?
Beyond the Free Trials of each plan level, no there is not a free version of Barry. However, we are constantly putting out free tips on our social media profiles so be sure to give us a follow! Lastly, we do provide a free "Instant Demo" of Barry AI™ before even signing up!
Do you offer multi-location discounts?
We do! These are handled on an as-needed basis since the multi-location brands we work with have highly specific and custom needs based on their industry, staff headcount, service offerings, and structure. We'd be happy to build a custom plan with you!
How do I sign-up my multiple locations?
We're thrilled to partner with you! Select the plan you want for your flagship or corporate location and schedule your onboarding call. On that call, mention you wish to add multiple locations and we'll ensure you have a 1st class experience getting setup.
